Who we are
This site is run by R.I.P. KULT LLC (“R.I.P KULT”, “we”), New York. Contact us through link.me/yusufultra.
What we collect
When you send a request (Hire us form): your name, email, what you need, your budget range, anything you write, and the page you sent it from. When you join the drop list: your email. When you pay: Stripe collects your payment details and gives us your name, email and what you bought. We never see or store your card number. When you visit: anonymous counts only: which page, which button, the site you came from, any campaign tag on the link, and whether you are on a phone or a computer.
What we do not collect
No cookies, no advertising trackers, no fingerprinting, no account or password. Our visit counts are not tied to a person, and we do not store your IP address in them. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not count your visit.
Why we use it
To reply to requests, deliver and invoice work you pay for, send drop-list news you asked for, keep the site secure, and see which pages people use so we can improve them.
Who handles it
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores a backup copy of requests and signups, and uses your connection address for up to an hour to block spam. Google Forms receives requests and drop-list signups and keeps them in our Google account. Stripe processes payments and tax. YouTube videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Links to other sites (Spotify, Apple Music, Shopify store, Instagram and others) are governed by their own policies. The Ÿusuf ULTRA store at yusufultra.com has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Requests and payment records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and legal duties. Drop-list emails until you ask us to remove them. Anonymous visit counts have no personal data, so they are kept.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to remove you from the drop list, through the contact link above. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law; nothing here limits them.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and its date.
