About these terms
These terms cover work and services bought from R.I.P. KULT LLC (“R.I.P KULT”, “we”), New York through this site, including websites, apps, AI Employees, Ethical AI Training, the Artist AI Agent, and usb STUDIOS and XRVibes services. Paying or sending a request means you accept them.
Prices and what you get
Prices marked “from” are starting packages. A Stripe checkout buys the package it names. Anything larger or different is agreed with you in writing (email is fine) before work starts, and the written scope is what we deliver. Turnaround times are our target from the day we have what we need from you, not a guarantee.
Payment
You pay through the Stripe checkout, or another method we have agreed with you. Work starts once payment is received.
What we need from you
Accurate information, the content and materials for your project, and replies within a reasonable time. You confirm you have the right to use anything you give us, and that your project is lawful. Delays on your side move our dates.
Your content and ours
You keep ownership of what you bring us. Work we create for you is for your use as agreed in the written scope; we may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party tools and services used in a project keep their own licences.
AI services
AI Employees and the Artist AI Agent are set up from the information and rules you give us, and you decide what they may do. We do not make your music with AI. AI output can be wrong, so you stay responsible for what you publish or send.
Limits
We do our best work, but we cannot promise particular results such as followers, sales, streams or approval by app stores. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive by law.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes are heard in the courts of New York.
